Welcome to Obscure Fire
We are a husband and wife mining team. Our passion is mining and carving Arizona Fire Agate, unearthing the material and revealing the work of art within the stone itself. The landscape, mining, and material continue to captivate us at every turn, we consider each piece a new discovery. We are a farm-to-table operation, offering self-mined, self-collected, natural and carved mineral specimens and carved gemstones of the following: unique fire agate, different chalcedony formations, agate varieties, variations of druzy quartz, quartz crystal plates, and other extraordinary natural works of art. Every piece here is natural, pulled out by our own hands with hard work, blood, sweat, and tears. Other than cutting and polishing we do not enhance our material by staining or dyeing.
We feel very fortunate to be able to mine and work with Fire Agate, along with sharing our mineral collection with the public.
